A Georgia House District 19 candidate forum will be held by the Paulding County Republican Party at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16, at the Paulding County GOP headquarters.

Open free to the public, this event will be held at The Village shopping center, 105 Village Walk, Suite 283, at the intersection of Seaboard Drive and U.S. Hwy. 278 in Dallas. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.

All Republicans, the three candidates are:

Daniel Stout / www.ElectDanielStout.com

Advance voting has begun for this special election to fill the unexpired term of former Georgia House Speaker Glenn Richardson (R-Hiram). From Feb. 15 - 19, these four locations will be open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.:

Paulding County Election Office
240 Constitution Blvd. First Floor
Dallas, Georgia 30132

Mt. Tabor Park
1550 East Paulding Drive
Dallas, Georgia 30132

Russom Elementary School
44 Russom Elementary School Lane
Dallas, Georgia 30132

Hiram Community Center
217 Main Street
Hiram, Georgia 30141

The final day to vote will be Tuesday, Feb. 23. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. at voting precincts within the 19th House District.

Only voters living within the 19th House District may vote in this special election. Those who are unsure of their district may visit the Secretary of State Web site at:

http://sos.georgia.gov/elections/polllocator/

After entering and submitting your information in the Poll Locator, scroll down to the bottom of the screen where it says "Your Elected Representatives." Paulding County has two House Districts; but in order to vote in this special election, residents must live in Georgia House: 019.
