I started out with Sweaty Saturday ... but days don't sweat, people do.
On this date in 1969 Apollo 11, the first manned mission to the moon, splashed down safely in the Pacific, marking the completion of the 1st successful attempt to land a man on the Moon and return him safely to Earth.
Now, if we could load a spaceship up with a few folks I can think of I'd love to send them to the moon and leave them there!

It's a very warm day so far. No clouds in sight to help block the sun for a moment or three. I sure wouldn't want to be working outside in this heat. Now for a way to keep the alpacas cool and not have to go out and spray bellies. LOL No such luck.
Hope everyone finds a way to have a cool and enjoyable Saturday!

I'd go for butterscotch if I went for a topping. However, for the past year I've been craving plain old Vanilla ice cream. Go figure.
